Recover from Heart Attack, Beat Invaders and Fraudsters!

This is a story how a super healthy physician was tortured to develop a heart attack and pushed back to the hospitals over and over. Still, she recovered herself with tools beyond the traditional approach and found that heart attack does not have to be the #1 cause of death for men and women. She shares her story to show that many survivors can learn to manage challenges to minimize stress like her instead of “Avoiding ALL Stress,” get well faster or stay well better, and save their freedom, dreams, and millions of healthcare costs.

Now I fully understand why heart attack is the #1 cause of death for men and women and cost millions dollars after I went through one myself — it is too hard and painful not to do what needed or kneel for life. Traditional management mainly provides tests and life support and, therefore, asks survivors to do the opposite– AVOID ALL STRESS.

Result and Cost Comparison of the 6Q Approach and Traditional Approach in Heart Attack

The good news is that with more tools, many survivors can learn to do what needed to minimize stress, enhance healing, stay healthy faster and better, and save up to 90% of costs.  You will understand why if you know my story.

Show some costs in heart attack management.

How I Suffered from a Heart Attack

I had no risk facts and no family or personal history of heart attack and was super healthy before I had an auto-accident early last year.  A man suddenly cut in front of me while I was driving on my right way.  I did not go to the emergency room (ER) right way as I tried to take care myself for other urgent issues.

The man had a policy enough to repair my car and cover my initial injury and time losses. However, his insurance company, Mercury Insurance Company (Mercury), tricked me to take my car to its dealer to drive the repair cost over 100% while depreciating my car value about 30%.  Then they claimed my car a total loss and ended my rental in 5 days instead of 25~30 days if they repaired my car.  I asked Mercury to fix my car at the regular body shop that evaluated the car.  However, Mercury refused.

The accident was not my fault.  Instead of taking care of me, Mercury set me up, made me put down my urgent issues to find a new car in 5 days or re-register my car within 20 days.  These made me incredibly angry, unable to sleep, sweat a lot… At one period, I could have chest pain if I thought about Mercury or talked to someone at Mercury. I had to go to ER for chest pain a few days later.  Still, Mercury insisted on their doing.

I decided to pay for additional rental and repair my car to save time but only discovered more set up waiting for me– I ALSO had to pass brake tests, light tests, smog check, and go to DMV again and again in order to re-register my care.  In the meantime, Mercury pressed me to sign away my personal damage and losses for a few hundred dollars, which was not enough to cover one ER visit!! These made me even angrier.  Soon, I was admitted to the hospital for positive Troponin (heart attack diagnostic test). Hospital told me to avoid ALL stress but could not be specific.

I was afraid to talk to their claim adjuster after discharged from the hospital.  However, the adjuster was eager to call me, email me and send me letters to press me to accept a few thousand dollars for my ENTIRE medical costs and personal losses, especially after he knew he could push me right back to my doctors by making me angry.  Thus, I had to go back to ER, see cardiologists, explore 6Q tools, and visit Eastern Medicine doctors…

Traditional Treatments for Heart Attack

Countless researches found that heart attack is directly related to physical and mental stress. No personal and family history does not spare anyone.  Stress is often far worse when challenges are unexpected and intensive, such as mine above.  Women often need to handle more stress due to discrimination and other social pathology.

My cardiologists either advised me to let go the car accident or ask me to repeat expensive assessments.  They did not have more to offer before my symptoms become severe enough for tent, bridge, bypass, transplant, etc., which are symptom relieves for blood vessel occlusion.

Without a super healthy heart, it is impossible to carry my career and business.  To let go such an abuse and end my career and business, I would become a living dead and cost millions of healthcare dollars and other benefits.

Again, I decided to recover myself with my own medicine, the 6Q Approach, which is to meet challenges with the right tools to minimize stress and fully utilize Eastern and Western Medicine to enhance healing further.  I first invented the 6Q system to recover myself from Traumatic Brain Injury due to an auto-accident in 1997 and passed medical licensing exams.  Through the same 6Q system, I have helped many dying and disabled go home or recover and can develop leadership and get talent ready 10 times faster.

I always knew that the 6Q approach could benefit many heart attack survivors, helped everyone I met, but I have never expected to test my own medicine again.  My first cardiologist discharged me from his practice since we had “different philosophies.”

Recover from Heart Attack with More Tools

Traditional treatment does not help survivors meet challenges.  It mainly provides symptom reliefs once symptoms are sever enough and monitor cardiac function during the process, so it asks survivors to avoid ALL stress, which is to avoid ALL challenges.  However, it can be very painful and stressful not be oneself and not to do what needed.  Then Heart Attack becomes the # 1 cause of death for men and women.  In fact, many survivors can be their best, manage new challenges to minimize associated stress, stay healthy faster and better, and save tons of money and time.

  1. Manage Challenges with More Tools

Most people can manage daily challenges with some IQ and EQ tools. However, complex challenges often require 6Q: IQ, EQ, learning Q, Public Influence Q, Adversity Q and Health Q.  Through the 6Q approach, we can find the skills and strategies needed, including avoiding certain challenges, and make learning and implementation as easy and fast as possible.  Then stress will decrease significantly, which takes away the big root cause for heart attack.

I have never met an insurance company like Mercury, but I could never let myself crushed because of them.  I analyzed myself, explored 6Q tools, trying them out, and then restarted the process as I was pushed back to the hospital or clinic over and over.

It is insurance fraud to deprive the benefits to which victims are entitled.  It is inhuman and malice to set a super healthy person up, torture her to develop a heart attack and knowingly push her back to the hospital and clinic over and over.  Would you let them go if you were me?

2. Enhance Healing

Each person has a big internal healing system.  Most people have done something to maintain and optimize their healing system, and some individuals lose internal healing due to smoking, drugs, diabetes, etc.  I did excellently here, but that was not enough to save me from the heart attack.

Healthcare is the next level.  I could not benefit from Western medicine more, so I went to Eastern medicine for additional support.

3.  I Made It!

I made it and was able to stand up for our business when tech giants started to hack us.   It felt great to be able to be who I am, do what I need, and overcome obstacles one after another. Yet, more challenges were waiting for me down the road.

By the time I went to the court with Mercury, I found the Judge did all she could to free Mercury. Then I discovered that she was a former Managing Director of Perkins Coie that represents those tech giants that hack us.  They wanted to leave me nothing and stress me further to force me kneel for life.  Unfortunately, that was unwise and only strengthened my pursuit of justice and led to faster exposure of the dirty secrets of anti-trust and the legal system. After all, today is not tomorrow. To be fair and do the right things is essential to stay great. Do you agree?

Chest pain relapses sometimes, which I can quickly beat with my new tools.  My heart’s ejection fraction rate has increased close to the optimal level of function in one year. In the world full of unexpected challenge, nothing can ensure our rights, success and happiness better than our inner power. While we need to stay healthy to pursue our dream and success, be our best, we also need to do our best to protect our health. Survivors like me need to take extra care of themselves, and it is worth it.

4. Not ALL Doctors Are Happy.

However, not all Cardiologists to whom we have talked are excited about our success although most of them immediately understand our success.  Maybe they realize that many of their patients will need fewer cardiac tests, and some may never need tent, bridge, bypass, and transplant.  Some believe that they have done enough and there is no need to change.

Eastern Medicine doctors had similar reactions. One impressed me deeply—he agreed that Eastern medicine cannot identify the tools and strategies to meet new challenges and lacks emergency support, symptom relieves and intensive care that Western medicine can provide.

No one tool can solve all issues in heart attack.  To look at the big picture, know the comfort zone of each tool, and fully utilize different tools is the key to turn “impossible” possible.

5. Who Can Benefit from the 6Q Approach?

Those who can learn and whose heart issues emerge or get worse under stress or challenge-meeting.  The more stress can affect, the more the 6Q approach can help.  The better the victims can learn, the faster they get well.

No personal and family history, no risk facts and early stage often fasten the recovery, such as my case.  Individuals with Takotsubo can benefit from the 6Q approach greatly, for Takotsubo usually results from emotional and physical stress, also called “broken heart syndrome.” Takotsubo predominantly affects post-menopausal woman (90 percent) and top elite since the two groups often face heavy challenges. Most Takotsubo victims have no family or personal history.

Those with personal and family history and risk facts, for example, atherosclerosis and diabetes, have more reasons to optimize internal healing, minimize stress and quit poor stress management, such as smoking, drinking, food, and drugs. Early detection is critical, especially to atherosclerosis victims.

We cannot help those with genetic issues very much since their issues have little to do with the outside world.

How will we help survivors?

In general, we assess survivors at macro and micro levels, identify the tools and strategies they need to manage their challenges and minimize stress.  In the meantime, we will evaluate their current health management, help them enhance healing and achieve synergistic results.  You can find more information at our website.

Heart attack does not have to be the #1 cause of death for men and women. Symptom relieves, functional tests and life support are essential. With more tools, many heart attack survivors can learn to manage challenges to minimize stress instead of Avoiding ALL Stress, stay healthy better, and save millions in healthcare costs and productivity loss.

In the world full of unexpected challenges, while individuals need to stay healthy to be their best, they also need to stay open and do their best to protect their health. Nothing can ensure their rights, success and happiness better than their inner power. My recovery story is a typical example.

Beat Atherosclerosis & Heart Attack with More Tools

Atherosclerosis is another big cause of heart attack, whose first symptom can be a sudden cardiac death or acute MI in >50% of victims, worse than stress’. Still, more dreams and lives can be saved if we can look at the BIGGER picture and fully utilize health and non-health tools.

a sudden cardiac death

The studies on 136,905 patients hospitalized found that 77% of them had normal LDL (bad cholesterol, <130 mg/dl), 61.8% had normal triglyceride (<150mg/dl), and 45.5% had normal HDL (good cholesterol, >40 mg/dl). The results indicate that lipid study alone cannot exclude atherosclerosis as well as the risk of heart attack.

nd that 77% of them had normal LDL (

Atherosclerosis can be so destructive because it can develop plaque to block the blood supply to brain and heart and cause heart attack and stroke. A person can suffer from both heart attack and stroke at the same time due to Atherosclerosis. Thus, early detection is critical.

Atherosclerosis develop plaque to block the blood supply to brain and heart and cause heart attack and stroke.

In addition to lipid study, other early detection includes electron beam tomography scan or EBT, ultrasound, and CT scan. The Society of Heart Attack Prevention and Eradication (SHAPE) encourages virtually all men 45 and older and women 55 and older to take screening for sub-clinical atherosclerosis to determine their future risk of a heart attack and take action accordingly, such as, to control their diet and take statins to lower their lipid. Below is their 1st guideline.

 SHAPE 1st guideline.

The exemption from the universal screening are those classified as “very low risk” who meet all of the following criteria:
-cholesterol lower than 200(mg/dl),
-blood pressure lower than 120 over 80 (mmHg),
-no history of any type of diabetes, and
-no smoking, and no family history of heart attack.

Now we know that those with “very low risk” can develop heart attack due to another big cause– extensive stress, for example, those with Takotsubo syndrome and me. The tools that enabled me to recover fast can also benefit atherosclerosis victims greatly.

First, manage challenges to minimize stress instead of “AVOID ALL STRESS.” Stress also plays a big role in atherosclerosis since outside challenges can significantly impact victims’ life, work, stress management and other aspects. For example, many people smoke, drink, eat or drug to manage their stress. It is hard to quit smoking, drinking, eating and drugs without the right tools and strategies to meet challenges, minimize stress, and be happy. Behavior management cannot work well here because poor stress management is not simple behaviors but symptom relieves of the underlying system.

Look at a bigger picture.

Each person is an integrated system of 6Qs (IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public Influence Q, and Health Q) and needs to manage internal and external challenges. To make the 6Q system highly efficient will minimize many internal and external challenges, which requires which requires direct 6Q assessment.

Once heart attack occurs, traditional approach would ask victims to “AVOID ALL STRESS.” However, as I have shared in my recovery story, it can be too hard not to do what needed or kneel for life to “AVOID ALL STRESS.” Many victims can learn to manage challenges to minimize stress. The 6Q assessment results will be critical to find the skills and strategies needed to manage new challenges and minimize stress.

Second, enhance healing. Optimal internal healing will also benefit atherosclerosis victims greatly. The 6Q tools can do so in a natural way. One side benefit of achieving optimal health, including internal healing, via 6Q tools is to be 10-15 years younger than the average population. Eastern medicine can strengthen internal healing via non-invasive ways.

Like Dr. Naghavi, the Chairman of SHAPE, said, Status Quo IS Unacceptable. With more tools, more dreams, lives and healthcare dollars can be saved. BYBSH is here to provide additional tools and support to victims and colleagues to save more dreams, lives and healthcare dollars.

Recover from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) beyond 2-Year Plateau!

Many Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivors can regain their key function beyond 2-year plateau and pursue their dreams again through the 6Q Cognitive Restoration. Many post-injury “chronic issues” can go away or be easily corrected.  Millions of healthcare costs and dreams can be saved.  The author will share with you why and how through the recoveries of her patients and herself.

Many people have been told that Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivors achieve maximum recovery in 2 years (called 2-year plateau), and TBI is a chronic illness. THAT IS NOT TRUE as uninjured brain cells have the same DNA and no 2-year plateau, and the “chronic issues” that emerge after injury will go away or be easily corrected if survivors know that they can regain their key function back and pursue their dreams again.

Comparison of the tools, results and costs of the 6Q Approach and Traditional Approach in Traumatic Brain Injury
Comparison of the tools, results and costs of the 6Q Approach and Traditional Approach in Traumatic Brain Injury

That is how I could recover myself from Traumatic Brain Injury due to an accident in 1997, pass medical license exams 2001~2003, and receive excellent letters of recommendation at the clinics.  I have helped every TBI survivor I met at the clinics, who were 5-12 years beyond their 2-year plateau, and all achieved significant results, including their “chronic issues.”

What Impedes the Recovery from Traumatic Brain Injury?

Both tools and human beings.  Somehow, traditional approach contributes to the 2-year plateau.

1. Limited Cognitive Restoration

a. Limited Tools:

What is missing in today’s TBI rehab is full cognitive restoration.  Most cognitive programs use limited IQ, behaviors or Psychology tools and prepare TBI survivors to accept “the next level of placement.”  It can be very painful, frustrating, depressive, and stressful if individuals are unable to be who they want to be and stand up for themselves.  Then various post-injury illnesses emerge.

The brain rehab I went to mainly helped me stay alive, no fall and no choke, which was essential but did not help me regain cognitive function and get back to who I was.  Doctors mostly knocked on my knees and elbows (reflex check) during follow-up visits. Psychologists mainly let me express my fear and struggle and then advised me to accept my “new life.”

TBI victims need to find missing tools, learn fast, and fully utilize Eastern and Western medicine, which is the 6Q approach. First, each person is an integrated system of 6Qs: IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public Influence Q, and Health Q.  Poor IQ performance can have non-IQ causes, where cognitive training and stimulation have limited impact.  Behaviors or Psychology tools mainly reflect the 6Q system. Second, how to make learning easy is critical as the learning can be massive, and TBI survivors need to see results quickly to stay motivated.  Third, Western medicine has limited power at the chronic stage.

Once TBI survivors know that they can regain their brainpower, many secondary issues can be easily corrected or go away.  Here is one example.

A business owner often called 911 to go to the Emergency Room (ER) to yell at doctors and nurses. His ER visits lasted for years. I happened to do a rotation in ER that day and learned he did so since he was too frustrated that he had to relearn everything. I understood him, talked to him about his progress, and share with him my live sample of success. I told him that not everyone has a chance to go back to who they were, and her at least had a chance. If I could make it, so could him.

We talked for about 10 minutes.  The business owner thanked me in the end. ER nurses later told me that the ER visit was his shortest and most pleasant one.  He soon went to work and never came back to the ER. I could change his behavior in 10 minutes because I got the root cause of his behaviors.

b. Limited Focus

Years of studies have found that injured brain cells have 2-year plateau.  However, uninjured brain cells have NO 2-year plateau but have the same DNA and learning capacity.  Other studies have also found that most people only use 10% of their brains.  Many TBI survivors have at least 10% of their brain cells uninjured, therefore, they have a great chance to go back to who they were, including the ones with brain removal.  I had the chance to help one.

A tall and thin middle-aged man had partial brain removal due to TBI for about 10 years.  His mother always accompanied him to the clinic and answered questions for him. I knew that the only way the man could speak is to practice whenever possible. I asked him to answer all the questions and told him that I had all the time I needed.

Of course, I did not have unlimited time. However, the man’s issue was straightforward. I had already read his medical history and could always ask his mother if needed. He was very slow initially, but he answered all my questions. Then I gave him some homework, asked him to read aloud at home and tell me the homework for the next visit. As he could speak more and more, the man became more and more alive, energetic, and shinning.

2. Ignorance and Resistance

Some “experts” refuse to believe that others can solve the problems that they cannot.  They label the TBI survivors with the “disabilities” that they think should be there with “their way,” take away others’ training, insist on their wrongdoing… it is astonishing and heartbreaking to watch these happening, especially when those experts are someone who you have trusted and respected.

3. Legal Impact

Some attorneys only focus on making money and disregard their clients’ futures.  I had the accident that led to TBI on my way to work, so I also a workman’s compensation claim.  I totally had three attorneys, one of whom was the president of the workman’s compensation attorney association in one state.  All three attorneys wanted me to claim 100% disabilities even after I passed medical licensing exams and received excellent letters of recommendation.

Show the function of the left and right brain

How to Recover from Traumatic Brain Injury beyond the “2-Year Plateau?”

  1. Every Step Counts!

First, it is critical to save life, minimize damage, and preserve non-injured brain cells at the acute stage.   I could recover well also because the accident happened in a winter evening, so I could benefit from hypothermia therapy instantly.  The hospital at Amarillo TX also took good care of me and taught me the first two words, “Good morning!”

Second, Physical rehab and speech therapy can further enhance safety and restore physical function, which is the foundation of cognitive restoration.

At last, restore cognitive function via 6Q approach instead of partial, so that individuals can go back to who they were and be contributors instead of accepting “the next level of placement.”

2. Who Can Benefit from the 6Q Cognitive Restoration?

Can anyone benefit from the 6Q cognitive restoration? No, only those who can learn and are motivated to learn.

  • TBI survivors who desire to go back to who they were.
  • Those who have at least 10% brain cells are uninjured.
  • Those who are discharged from the hospital and physical rehab.

Those with “chronic health issues” should have 6Q cognitive restoration and medical symptom relieves at the same time.  Currently, we prefer all participants who have finished step 1 and 2.

3. How We Design the Program?  What to Expect?

In general, we design custom program for each victim, based on their potential, previous job, unique learning needs and challenges.  In the meantime, we make learning as easy and fun as possible, for the learning can be massive and frustrating, and TBI survivors need to see results quickly to stay motivated.  Victims will practice at our virtual business, which will minimize their chances of getting COVID-19 infection as they will be busy “working at home.” In the meantime, we enhance internal healing through Eastern and Western medicine to maximize cognitive restoration.

What to expect?  Many TBI survivors can show some improvement in 8 weeks if they work hard and achieve much more in 8-10 months. Complete recovery can take years.

4. How Much Can We Save in TBI?

Up to 53% of the homeless are affected by a brain injury (I was almost there).  In fact, many of them can regain key cognitive function, go back to work, have a home, and pursue their dreams again.  However, none of them know that they can have their lives back. People in healthcare and government benefits should inform them.

Per CDC, about 5.3 million survivors are living with a “permanent” TBI-related disability in the US. One TBI survivor costs $85,000 to $3 million for treatments and a disability benefit (DB) for living. The US GDP in 2019 was 21.43 trillion.  If we free 1 million TBI survivors, the saving is:

($85,000~3 million+ DB+ Tax) x 1million = $85 billion ~3 trillion + 1 million DB+ 1 million Tax.

5. Who Offer Financial Support to TBI Recovery?

Many states have a trust fund to help TBI survivors learn new skills due to the high unemployment rate and a large amount of life treatment costs. Many TBI survivors are eligible for their state financial assistance.  For example,

New Jersey TBI FUND
Director: Peri Nearon
11A Quakerbridge Plaza, Mercerville NJ 08625-0700

Director: Sandy Biber
Tel: 617-204-3852

Other states include Kentucky, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Pennsylvania, etc.  You can get the information about your state and others at “A LOOK AT TBI TRUST FUND PROGRAMS.”

Nothing can ensure individuals’ rights, freedom, opportunities, and justice better than their brainpower.  Up to 53% of the homeless are affected by a brain injury.  It is too hard not to be whom individuals are and accept “ANYTHING,” which is why many secondary health issues emerge post TBI.

Although injured brain cells have 2-year plateau, uninjured brain cells have NONE.  With the right tools, many TBI survivors can regain key function beyond the 2-year plateau, be who they are, have their life back, and pursue their freedom again.  Then those “chronic issues” will go away or be easily corrected.  Society can not only save tons of disability benefits, $85,000 to $3 million treatment costs per survivor but also gets more happy taxpayers (I was one of them)!

Usually, the harder for a survivor to accept “the next level,” the more likely the person can go back to who he or she was.  However, most survivors do not know this invention.  Please tell them when you can.  Together, we can change the world for the better.

Los Angeles, CA August, 18, 2007– The Prince Synergy (, a leading resource in human capital, announces its full recovery record in Traumatic Brain Injury, including poor impulse control secondary to the injury. A full recovery from Traumatic Brain Injury has been a tough issue even to Harvard University, which The Prince Synergy has unexpectedly discovered recently.

When asked the significance of the recovery, Dr. Bin Yang, CEO and Founder of The Prince Synergy, said, “Victims can regain more freedom. Businesses can reduce more costs in disability and worker’s compensation. A full recover is possible even two years after the injury. The poor impulse control can be cured.”

Traumatic Brain Injury takes away victims’ freedom and opportunities internally, which makes this injury extremely painful. The victims’ cognitive difficulties also make the recovery harder. Other obstacles include lack of deep knowledge and efficient treatment options, bias against brain injury victims and a slow and stressful recovery process. Some professionals and family members abuse victims and systems, which is the worst drawback toward a full recovery.

Some parts of the recovery take special skills. The Prince Synergy offers 2 days hands-on recovery training. The program enables victims to sharpen their insights into experts and themselves, utilize full resources, strike to recover from inside out, and get back to work and life fast.  This program is also very beneficial to victims’ families. The Prince Synergy welcomes partners and investors in research and expansion of human potential horizon.

Beat Rising Healthcare Cost & Optimize Health & Productivity

Healthcare costs have been soaring every year so fast that President Barack Obama once said, “By a wide margin, the biggest threat to our nation’s balance sheet is the skyrocketing cost of healthcare. It’s not even close.”  In The Cost Conundrum, Dr. Atul Gawande described how some doctors at McAllen, Texas turn a population of twelve thousand dollars income per capital into one of fifteen thousand dollars per enrollee in Medicare, almost twice the national average.

The doctors’ business drive is only one internal cause.  Middlemen’s profit sharing is one external cause.  The non-health cause that contributes to about 70% of primary clinical visits for stress-related health issues and the limited way how businesses and individuals meet challenges and stay healthy also give those white-coat wolfs legitimate reasons and endless opportunities to suck the blood out of individuals, businesses, and economic systems.  In addition, not all doctors have the best knowledge and problem-solving.

We can not only cut down healthcare costs but also improve healthcare quality and productivity at the same time.  We can not only cut down today’s healthcare costs but also anticipate development needs in coming challenges, make wise investments and take early action.   Our success started at the clinic in 2004 when I first invented the 6Q Approach.  Here are 5 main steps.

Meet challenges with the Right Tools

– How Can Medical Treatments Become Expensive and Endless Symptom Relieves?

A study at Toronto University Family Medicine found that 70% of their primary visits are stress related. Most stress-related health issues are directly related to the lack of the right tools to meet the challenge, relax and restore self, for example, heart attack, insomnia, burnout, fast aging, obesity, and diabetes. McAllen could have heavy drinking sixty percent higher than the national average because many individuals in that area have lower education and fewer opportunities, so they drink to achieve a fast relief.  Smoking and food are other common antidepressants.   Then obesity and others associated diseases follow, such as heart attack, diabetes, and hypertension.

Some doctors and hospitals do not want their patients to find their missing tool—they want their patients to keep on coming back.  Some doctors indulge their patients with heart failure not to sleep and eat right so they can have “a new heart” quicker.  Until individuals can find their missing tools, the same issues often keep on coming back and getting worse.   Because doctors and hospitals are often paid by visits and procedures, medical treatments can become expensive and endless symptom relieves with legitimate reasons.  As people go to the clinic or hospital more, more complications can emerge, which require further treatments.  Heart disease is a good example.

-Limited Talent Management Also Contributes to Health Issues

The best way for talent to minimize stress-related health issues is to stay on the right track (avoid unsuitable challenges) and meet challenges with the right tools.  However, people often lack the right tools to meet challenges, especially those resulted from non-IQ and non-EQ sources.

Behaviors can reflect the underlying structure in different environments but often change as environments changes.  Thus, insignificant weaknesses in that environment will not surface but can impact the next project.   We call the weakness Relative Weakness. The 360-degree evaluation can only collect behavior observation AFTER a person gets into the specific environment. “Shoot Burnout, Save His Job!” is a good example.  Individuals with high EQ can control what others can observe at the workplace and alter 360-degree evaluation results.   A 2016 Deloitte survey found that only 13% of companies believe they are building effective global leaders.

Manage Self Efficiently

Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan, repeatedly said at top MBAs that individuals ought to take care of themselves and not to expect their company to babysitter them.  However, many people cannot manage self efficiently due to poor knowledge and then develop or worsen their health issues, for example, stroke and fast aging.

Some people go to the hospital too late, which makes a small problem big, big problem impossible.  One couple called 911 after their son got choked.  By the time when an ambulance arrived, the boy already died as the human brain can only tolerate no oxygen for 6-7 minutes.  The couple should have removed the foreign object and started CPR (cardiac pulmonary resuscitation) while waiting for the ambulance.  In heart attack and stroke, the window time to dissolve the clots is only a few hours.  However, many people miss the precious hours and have a feeble recovery.

Self-management can be the most difficult task in the world because of human nature and knowledge base, starting from decision-making to execution, including time management, teamwork, relaxation, restoration, etc.  Many individuals miss some tools along the process, which can impede their success and destroy their health.

DO NOT to Rely on the Hospitals

Not every doctor and hospital has the best knowledge or keeps the best interest of their patients in mind.  Some doctors only want to use their specialty to solve ALL problems.  For example, a Psychiatrist wants to treat a heart attack by easing a patient’s mind, and a Surgeon likes to use a knife instead of preventive care.  Some physicians have limited knowledge and creativity.  Many disabilities and deaths result from improper treatments or unnecessary treatments.

In 1997, my mother and I were rear-ended in a tragic auto accident.  She was put on a ventilator since she could not breathe on her own.  About 5 weeks later, her doctor diagnosed that she would be ventilator-dependent for the rest of her life since she did not improve.  My mom refused to live on the ventilator, so I had to be the one to discontinue her lifeline.  I decided to exam her myself before I took the final step.  To my surprise, I found her diaphragm was intact, which meant that she could breathe by raising and relaxing her diaphragm (abdominal breath).  I taught her the new way of breathing.   She got off the ventilator in three days.  Later she regained her independence through both the Eastern and Western medicine.

I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in the accident.  Almost all experts predicted that I could not recover.  In the meantime, we got zero compensation from the courts, including the US Supreme Court.  After I cried for a whole night, I decided to recover myself and apply for a medical license.  In addition to the Eastern and Western medicine, I studied hard, joined all kinds of events and tried everything I could found.   Thank God, I have passed all 3 steps of medical license examinations and received many excellent letters of recommendations at the clinics.

Anticipate Issues, Take Early Action

Each person’s 6 quotients are integrated, which is why health issues can have non-health causes, and poor IQ and EQ performance can result from non-IQ and non-EQ sources.   By knowing individual 6Q structures, we can anticipate when relative weaknesses will become significant, which strengthen can be irrelevant, so businesses and individuals can make wise investments.

In the meantime, healthcare issues among employees often can reflect the missing tools in leadership and talent management, for example, recruitment, talent tasking, and institutional strategy.  By knowing the development needs, businesses and individuals can take early action.   For more information, please visit “4 Keys to Optimizing Corporate Leadership Development” and “How to Be an Exceptional CEO?

Here are some common mistakes.

* Using one tool for All Issues
* Stay out of their maximum comfort(aptitude) zone
* Tripped up by relative weaknesses
* Unable to utilize resources
* Run out of gas (energy)
* Inability to handle setbacks and failures
* Insufficient relaxations and restoration techniques
* Go to the hospital only for stress-related health problems.

Look at the Big Picture, Think Differently

Human work, life, and health are integrated.  As long as health issues can have non-health causes, health management is NOT equal to hospital management. We cannot rely on hospitals and medicine alone to stay healthy nor use IQ, EQ, and behavior tools only to meet challenges and avoid stress-related health issues.  Partial approaches only offer legitimate reasons for greedy doctors and hospitals to suck the blood out of customers and economic systems and destroy the competitiveness of businesses and nations and bankrupting millions of families.

The efficient solution is to link health management with talent management, remove the root causes of endless symptom relieves and empower individuals to participate in personal health management and utilize health resources wisely.   Individuals can get well quickly, including the same day, with the minimum re-occurrence like the cases above.  Businesses can optimize productivity and minimize absenteeism and healthcare costs.   In addition, both can anticipate development needs, including health needs in coming challenges, make wise investments, and take early action.   Solving problems around healthcare alone is inefficient.   Unlike health insurance companies, businesses do not have the conflict of interests in paying for personal development.

It is time to look at the big picture, think differently, empower yourself with the right tools, and target issues efficiently.  By doing so, we can not only cut down healthcare costs but also improve healthcare quality and productivity at the same time and help more businesses become an employer of choice.

Beat COVID-19 Virus with Internal + External PPE!

Many hospitals have run out of space due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). It is critical to enable non-infected to stay healthy with optimal Internal PPE + External PPE since face masks and social distance (External PPE) cannot block all viruses and not everyone has strong internal PPE. The more non-infected can stay non-infected, the fewer hospital beds needed. No lock-down needed if every powerful tool is used, and everyone can do their part.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) has surged again recently.  Although the positive case number may be due to great testing, hospitalization number matters.  Yet, not everyone can stay at home, work from home, or close their stores.

Important Data

Facemasks, gloves, and social distance cannot block all virus. Studies found that a surgical mask can block as much as 75% of virus, N95 can block up to 95% of small particle, and social distance can reduce up to 99% virus exposure. Individuals either beat the rest virus or get infected.

It is easy to understand that the elderly better stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic since their internal PPE is often low. Many working personnel has low internal PPE even they are young due to stress, poor self-management, co-morbidities, etc.  The CDC estimated that 45.4% of U.S. adults are at increased risk for COVID-19 complications because of co-morbidities. The CDC also found that 19% of COVID-19 infection could come from health care personnel (HCP) who often use N95 facemasks.

Among infected HCP, 38% have at least one underlying health issue, and 62% have NONE. The median age was 42 when work and life are full of tough challenges and associated stress that can suppress their immunity and self-healing (internal PPE). Many individuals need to serve customers in person like HCP, and their internal PPE is not optimal.  If infected, they will not be able to work and can be the source of new infections.

It is wise to empower vulnerable non-infected with internal PPE besides external ones according to their work environment and health so that they can stay healthy and not spread infection.  Many of them can optimize their internal PPE via fast relief, early action, or the right action. Optimized internal PPE can also help them handle many other hazards and save 15~40% of healthcare costs down the road. To think differently is the first step.

Step 1: Minimize Virus Exposure

The first step is to minimize virus exposure as much as possible, especially those who need to serve customers in a closed area, for example, HCP, flight attendants, pilots, bank tellers, and supermarket associates, for COVID-19 can harm not only human lung but also heart and brain.  No health, no liberty, no pursuit of happiness.

One group often underestimates the evil power of COVID-19, do not minimize virus exposure with face masks, and get infected, for example, President Donald Trump. Another group lacks education due to poverty and can overly expose to the virus due to density. When a big family live under one roof– once one member is infected, the entire family is involved.

Some individuals overly protect self. For example, they wear 2 face masks while sitting inside their own car or home alone.

Step 2: Fast Relieves

Immunity is the key to fight infection.  Although asymptomatic, many individuals’ immune systems are suppressed by stress— 45 % of youngsters (MTV), 80% of workers (Harris), and 100% of CEOs (Vistage).  For example, a healthy person can suffer a severe infection after working too hard for a while.  A vegetarian athlete can develop a heart attack after a series of intensive challenges.

While we sleep, our immune system can also become more robust and fight harmful substances better. However, one in four Americans develops insomnia each year. About 90% of students at an EMBA program raised their hands when I asked who had insomnia under stress. Yin Yang imbalance can also impact individual immunity.

Many individuals can restore their internal PPE quickly from the suppression of stress, insomnia, and Yin Yang imbalance via Eastern medicine and 6Q tools. Some can fall into sleep within 30 minutes. Thus, we want to be sure that individuals can have a few hours to sleep before we help them. Optimized immunity and self-healing can also solve early bacterial infection within 30 minutes with NO medication. The video below can tell you more.

I initially used these technologies when I tried to recover myself from Traumatic Brain Injury and pass medical licensing exams in 1999. In 2012, I found pus on my throat after working extra hard for a while (I used to be completely healthy). I knew how long it could take if I went to the ER, so I decided to try to deplete my stress and restore my Yin Yang balance. It worked– the pus disappeared in 30 minutes with NO medication. Then we help various people.

Through the integrated approach, we have reversed burnout, insomnia, and enable individuals to maintain optimal performance and health.  In the meantime, we have perfected the techniques and need no pill, no injection, no needle, and no surgery.

Step 3: Early Action, the Right Action

Some individuals have low internal PPE due to poor self-management. Many people drink, smoke, or drug to manage stress since they cannot handle setback or failures or do not know healthy alternatives. Some people “cannot find the time” to take care of themselves. It is not hard for them to develop new skills and habits by evaluating their 6Q. To meet challenges efficiently and live healthy is a key to maintain long-term internal balance and achieve optimal health.

The next is co-morbidity.  About 70% health issues, including heart diseases and diabetes, are related to non-health causes, such as stress. We can control many of them at the early stage with the right tool, for example, heart attack. Healthcare becomes expensive endless symptom relieves when handling non-health causes. By minimizing co-morbidities, many individuals can significantly reduce their risk to COVID-19, save lives, and save money.

Businesses can further reduce infection and death by integrating healthcare with their daily management. Some companies let employees 70+ work hard while the fatality rate of the group is nearly 10%. Some have high healthcare deductible, which make their employees hesitate to go to the hospitals when their lives are threatened. In fact, the government pays for the COVID-19 care for everyone, whether they have insurance or not.

Step 0: Think Differently

Many people are used to going to the hospital after they develop typical symptoms or start treatments after others become ill. That works perfectly with fast-developing illnesses, such as injury.

Like most other diseases, COVID-19 has the incubation stage. When many hospitals have run out of space, it is wise to help as many non-infected not enter the acute stage as possible. While Western medicine can provide face masks, social distance, and vaccines, Eastern medicine and the 6Q tools can enhance internal healing, eliminate stress suppression and Yin-Yang imbalance, and minimize non-health causes that contribute to about 70% of co-morbidities.

There is a saying, “It does not matter if it is a white cat or a black cat. As long as it catches a mouse, it is a good cat.” As many cities are locked down, many businesses have closed for good, which is significant economic losses. Yes, face masks and social distance are low cost and simple to follow. However, when they are not enough to help non-infected stay non-infected, we should be open to more effective non-invasive solutions to prevent more significant economic losses. The more people can stay non-infected, the fewer hospital beds needed, the more cities and businesses can remain open. No lock-down is necessary if every powerful tool is used, and everyone can do their part.

Some institutions invest heavily in COVID-19 diagnostic and antibody tests, which is great but can be greater.   The COVID-19 diagnostic tests help to catch asymptomatic infections but cannot replace internal and external PPE or health care needed.  Also, individuals only develop COVID-19 antibodies AFTER exposed to the virus, and the reliability of the antibody is unclear, per CDC.

Beat COVID-19 with the Right Tools

COVID-19 has made 2020 unforgettable. It is wise to fully utilize non-invasive and highly effective tools to help non-infected stay healthy per their work environment and health needs before a vaccine is available to everyone.  When one tool is not enough to meet a new challenge, we should be open to more effective tools. The more people can stay healthy, the fewer ICU/hospital beds needed, the more cities and businesses can stay open. Furthermore, we can save a lot of healthcare costs down the road once individuals can optimize their internal PPE and manage self efficiently.

Different individual and industry have different needs. Most individuals need 1~2-day basic training. Some people may only need a 30-minute consultation for the right direction. Those who need to handle complex tasks may need comprehensive evaluations and solution. Businesses often need to better their performance management system.  See which program fits you.

How Should CEOs Deal with Stress?

Many people do not understand why CEO stress has anything to do with CEO health.  In fact, the two are closely connected.

Recently, the health of Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple, has raised a national discussion.  Many people think that his health is not his private matter because so many others depend upon him. Some even have raised a stock security issue.  Forbes has pointed out that the Apple CEO turned to cancer removal surgery eight months after the diagnosis. Would there be less unfortunate issues to begin with if leaders could take better care of themselves?

When talking about how to be a CEO, people usually do not think about sustainability at times of unexpected change, intense stress, illness or injury.  Unfortunately, life is full of unexpected challenges, which can disable our mind, or even take away our success. It takes a different set of skills to sustain our optimal creativity and health than to utilize them.  It is important to have both. An unfortunate outcome affects not only the key person, but also his/her family, partners, colleagues, employees and more.

Can You Count on Doctors?

People tend to count on doctors for their health.  However, how we handle illnesses before and after seeing doctors can mean life or death, recovery or disability. Although I had excellent medical training, I could have lost my mother had I not questioned the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) physicians after a tragic auto-accident. My mother suffered a cervical-2 fracture. Even after five weeks of intensive care, she could not get off of the ventilator. Her ICU physicians “concluded” that she would be ventilator-dependent for the rest of her life. My mother refused to live on a machine. I never doubted the ICU physicians. But at the last moment, I chose to do my own assessment and found that she did not breathe efficiently. Through a new way of breathing I taught her, my mother was taken off the ventilator successfully after only three days!

In another example, a prestigious rehab center had some very well known experts in Traumatic brain injury (TBI). These experts concluded that the poor impulse control secondary to TBI was incurable since they could not find the cure. A resident physician with a history of TBI had one unfortunate incident. These experts linked the incident with her past injury, and concluded that she had a poor impulse control and could not handle stress. They took away her residency training at the last minute even through her references from clinical training prior were excellent. Instead of telling her their reasoning, they told her something else, which has caused her a huge waste of time and money. In fact, the victim had found a way to correct the impulse control. But to these experts, if they could not find the cure, no one could! And they abandoned their own victim when their support was needed most!

Not everyone needs to go to medical school. However, we need general and systemic health knowledge about ourselves and different health systems, for example, what costly health mistakes to avoid, and how to select specialists. We need to stay in charge, especially when it is a matter of life or death, recovery or disability. A part of our 4-day Executive Synergy Program provides hands-on training in this area.

What is Missing in Your Stress Management?

According to a survey of Vistage (an international organization for CEOs), 100 percent of 2,400 participating CEOs are suffering stress. CEO stress can come from external sources, like an uncertain economy. CEO stress can also come from our body and mind, such as the examples described above. Stress, while a great motivator, can disable our thinking and creativity, which are the keys to leadership.  Stress can also harm our health and emotions.   To some extend, a par of how to be a CEO is how to manage CEO stress.   An exceptional CEO usually manages stress at another level.

Stress management to many people is limited relaxation exercises, such as deep breathing, brisk walking, meditation, Yoga and breaks. These are not enough to handle intense CEO stress. We need to build up our personal relaxation hierarchies, which are the right tools for the right levels of stress. At The Prince Synergy,  we call it “overarmed.” We need a clear mind to look into underlying causes and figure out solutions. Different people need different relaxation hierarchies.

Another common definition of stress management is “coping with stress” and “positive thinking.” We don’t have to “live with stress.” We can prevent, utilize, reduce and transform stress. We can manage stress in many ways, business, medical, legal or even “technical” ways.  A CEO suffered newly onset insomnia due to insecurities of her business. None of her relaxation methods or sleeping pills worked. Sleep is very important to productivity and wellness.  She could not have a real sense of security until her business thrived, which could take time. However, she could use her faith as “the sense of security” by placing it into her unconscious level.  Afterward, she has been sleeping like a log every night.   In addition to faith, law can also help to eliminate stress and subsequent insomnia.

Strong stress management training is even more important at times of extreme crisis, where the level of stress is highest. Some CEOs tend to check themselves into the hospital.  I had a crisis in 2007, and started crisis management immediately. I used my relaxation hierarchy to keep a clear mind, and in the meantime, kept telling myself that the crisis was not the end of the world. Instead of spending time in the hospital, I worked on my solution to turn the crisis into an opportunity the same night.

Our beliefs, perceptions, standards, visions and expectations can also affect the outcome. The cases of my mother and the rehab center are also good examples of blindly following authority figures (such as the ICU physicians) and assumptions.

How well do you manage stress?  Take a quick assessment

Mind, Body & Society Are Integrated

What we can see in society and ourselves determines how we act and what we can achieve. I did not value Eastern medicine i at medical school. After being through family injuries and personal challenges, I have appreciated its recovery and relaxation power more and more. I sometimes acupuncture myself and pick up my own herb tea for certain types of tiredness and stress. I did not know about the internet or computers in high school. What I want and can do today is different fr om what was possible back then. There are many ways to sustain our optimal levels. We won’t “see” them until we can open to them.

How we act can also affect our health and potential profoundly.  A star athlete from Fargo High School joined Stanford on a four-year football scholarship. After he ran into bigger and meaner competitors, he chose to focus upon his economics major. He has since built a multi-billion-dollar investment bank. What if he had chosen steroid for temporary gain, or used drugs for temporary high like many others? He would have to face more problems down the road, such as systemic injuries or issues related to addictions.

Our mind, body and stress management are one integrated system. We can be limited internally and externally. The limitations can lead to stress issues in business and health if we do not take care them efficiently. We can and need to, utilize our full internal and external resources efficiently, and prosper in business and life.  Leaders should not settle with how to be a CEO, but how to be an exceptional CEO.

In summary, the skills to utilize our creativity and health and to lead are different from those to sustain the potential from unexpected change, intense stress, costly health mistakes and injury. In this age of intense competition, CEOs need these skills to stay at their optimal level and save subsequent agony from CEO stress. It is not hard to identify your “missing software” and build a firewall for your leadership in just a few hours.   This is not only about how to be a CEO, one key individual, but also about your family, partners, colleagues, employees and more.

Case Study: Find Missing Tools, See Heart Doctors Less

Business owner Mr. T was admitted to the hospital again for heart disease.  Although his father had heart disease, many of his siblings were healthy.  Mr. T enjoyed his work and family and had a good business.  However, he could only sleep 4-5 hours whenever something new coming to him, and insomnia often lasted for days. Then he had to be admitted to the hospital.  His cardiologist told him that he would need open heart surgery or a heart transplant if his condition got worse. The latter costs $780,000~1,200,000.

Did the cardiologist miss anything?  Most people would say no, but the answer is incorrect.

Good sleep is a critical part of Mr. T’s recovery, which sleeping pills cannot solve. We should identify why he could not handle new events, teach him the skills he missed or choose the right alternatives.  This part is beyond traditional healthcare and leadership tools.

Find Missing Tools, Beat Heart Disease, See Doctors Less

The Executive 6Q Assessment found that Mr. T had development needs in daily self-management, from work, relaxation, and sleep hygiene.  No leadership, career and other significant issues.  After a series of exercises, Mr. T could sleep well. Then his heart disease stopped getting worse, lab test results came back better, and his hospitalization dropped from 4-5 times/year to 1 time in the first year.  Then he could remain stable on medication.

Heart disease is often directly stress-related. Survivors often lack the right tools to meet challenges.   In the above case, the challenge is unable to sleep well after new event emerges.  Without getting to the root causes, treatments and their costs can advance quickly. This principle applies to about 70% of health issues.

Case Study: Shoot Burnout, Save His Job

Mr. B, 38, with MBA and ten years of experience at a well-known leadership consulting firm in roles from consultant to local VP, was promoted to Regional Manager to boost regional sales and minimize turnover. Two months later, sales remained flat, and turnover had increased. His pregnant wife was very unhappy as he spent a great deal of time away from home due to the new job. His burnout was so bad that he was contemplating resignation when he met us.

Work from Inside Out
The Executive 6Q Assessment found Mr. B was an excellent consultant with many great leadership characteristics, such as decision-making, learning, EQ, persuasion, etc. However, he was weak in sales and marketing, and challenged in public influence, emotional expression, and energy restoration, and other that were not significant to a local VP.

We chose to optimize his emotion expression immediately to first take care of his family crisis so that he could recover from burnout and focus on his new job and later build intimacy with clients and colleagues.  In addition, we suggested customized learning to target the rest issues.

Recover from Burnout, Focus on His New Role
Through 30 minutes of training, he learned how to share his professional stress with his wife, win her understanding and support, and eliminated his family problems.   With the same skills, he also learned how to connect with clients and colleagues more deeply.   One week later, he gained more confidence with his new role and could connect with clients and colleagues more deeply.

After just 90 min assessment and 30 min training, Mr. B recovered from burnout, made a breakthrough, and saved his job and region.

Burnout is very common in workplace, secondary to stress.  Enough rest, exercise and social support are good but too general.  Individuals can recover quickly if we can get to the root cause and target issues with the right tools.  The above case is a good example.

Have you wonder what would happen had he gone to a coach to discover the solution on his own?   Why his leadership firm could not anticipate his development needs or support him efficiently during the crises?  You can find the answer in  What Stop Leaders from Good to Great Chapter 8.

Should Jeff Bezos’ American Dream Be His Competitors’ American Hell?

President Day is coming.  I cannot help asking, “Is the American Dream for everyone, or should Jeff Bezos’ American Dream be his competitors’ American Hell?

Many people go to Amazon because of lower prices and great customer services. But they do not know that Amazon can do so somehow because they steal, rob, threaten and silence their competitors to avoid paying for research and development (R&D).  We would never believe the online robbery until Amazon attempted to victimize us and make us invisible online. Jeff Bezos might never expect that our technology can be so durable.

If Amazon can skip R&D, how can those who devote their life to the R&D stay open and offer jobs?  Where will customers get new products without R&D?  How can local economy stay ahead?  Should Jeff Bezos’ American Dream be his competitors’ American Hell?

We have closed our account on Amazon as we cannot enjoy the lower price & greater convenience at the expense of other businesses nor tolerate violation & threats.  If you are willing to pay a bit more for organic food, I urge you to pay a bit more for Organic Products to protect the equality and long-term prosperity of society.  I am sure you will be thrilled to know how we discover the facts and reach to the conclusion.

Like most people, we admired Amazon.  We might never believe the dark side of Amazon until they try to steal and rob our solutions to get into healthcare and then threaten and silence us.

The rising healthcare cost has been bankrupting individuals, families, and businesses.  One primary cause healthcare cannot handle non-health causes and becomes endless symptom relieves.  The right approach is to evaluate both health and non-health parts and target issues with the right tools, which can turn many years of treatments into months, weeks, or even days.  The approach is called the 6Q Approach.

Through the 6Q Approach, individuals can be their best and stay healthy, and businesses can optimize their productivity while beating rising healthcare costs. Our successes started at the clinics.  The 6Q are IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public Influence Q, and health Q.  Middlemen, high prices and other system issues are also important but secondary.

We have contacted Amazon and Microsoft for potential partnership.  Not hearing from them, we stopped sending both newsletters.   However, we noticed that both could click on every link in our newsletters.  Initially, we asked them to contact us directly but had no response.

In September 2018, we noticed that Amazon was following every web page update of ours through Crazy Egg.  We quickly deleted the software, wrote to Jeff Bezos.  Not hearing from them, we linked my letter to Jeff Bezos to our newsletter to make sure he or his team could read it.

Re: Can Amazon Stop Day I from Turning into Day 2?

Do you want someone follows each of your web page updates and clicks on every link in your newsletters from which they are excluded?  Do you want me to tell your different behavior to our network?  Will your customers worry that the same invasion can happen to them someday?  Do you want to make some friends with Dept of Justice like Microsoft?

Like you, I care very much about day 1, and I am frugal with custom obsession.  Unlike you, I do not have a father who could give me $300,000 but started from the ground. Thus, I know how hard it can be to build your market.  Also, even McKinsey cannot copy ours.

To be wise and fair is critical to staying on Day 1. Do you agree?

Bin Yang

The letter received Amazon team’s great attention but did not work.

In November 2018, we asked our server to strengthen their mail delivery security.   Then a company sent out error pages from different domains to break the referring pages to our website.   The error pages disappeared the next day.  Google ranks a page based on its referring pages, so the fewer referring pages a web page has, the less visible the page is on Google.  We wrote to the company and asked them to stop, but the company disregarded us.

I deleted the twitter to Jeff Bezos first to explore the man behind the error pages.  No more error pages coming back.  On Nov 14, 2018, I re-twittered Jeff Bezos the same message, and error pages came back quickly.  By then, we knew Amazon wanted to not only steal and rob us but also threaten and silence us.

On 11/6/2018, we noticed that Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella twittered how Microsoft helped Europe address the cybersecurity, and Jeff Bezos twittered how he started early on the computer.  I twittered Satya Nadella back, “First, stop clicking on the links within our newsletter from which you are excluded” and then asked Jeff Bezos, “Does that entitle you to steal and rob your competitors through IT and threaten and destroy their online visibility?  I never believe this kind of act is powerful and this kind of growth will last!!”  Then error pages arrived quickly.

We immediately requested Amazon to close our account.  Then more error pages arrived.  It is hard to imagine that Jeff Bezos expects other human being not to resist and protect themselves when they are stolen, robbed and hurt. Eventually, the following twitter has stopped more error pages.

Our referring pages have dropped from 861 to 116 at one time, which means we were very “invisible” on Google then.  Fortunately, Google was not our main communication channel, and we have quickly learned the skill to boost our online visibility and explored more unique channels to communicate with the world.

The online robbery is a team work, from online searching, advertising to execution, far more advanced than spies from China, Russia and other countries.  European and US and Japan government have taken some action against Amazon.  However, their action is far from enough.

JP Morgan Chase and Berkshire want to get into healthcare with Amazon.  The CEO of the first likes to talk about cooperate social responsibility.  The head of the second often mentions in his speeches how he piled up money while his former wife piled down money.  Neither has done anything after we have informed them what Amazon has done.   Obviously, cooperate social responsibility has a different definition here, and some people’s money need not to be piled up as gracefully as it is piled down.

On Jul 24, 2018, we sent out a press on how to beat rising healthcare cost.  To our surprise, there was only one or two press releases on Google while there are pages of our press releases on Yahoo and Bing.  In addition, we looked like a store on “Amazon” on Google.  I had to contact Google former CEO Eric Schmidt to have our home page listed.   Later we learned that Amazon is an investor of Google. Thus, please visit us at and in case you cannot find us on Google someday.

Recently, Jeff Bezos wants to divorce the lady who was 100% behind him when he first started Amazon.  Through “What Jeff Bezos’ Divorce Means for Amazon Investors,” we have identified another associate–Blackstone, one of the two largest stockholders of Amazon.  The owner has scholarships and schools named after his name but does not know something called “conflict of interest”

It is fair to compete with better products, better service, lower price, free product, but not with robbery, threat and silencing.  Online technology has magnified the evil power of Amazon.

It usually takes tremendous research and development (R&D) or extra blood, sweat, and tears for a business to start, get ahead and stay ahead in its field.  How can these companies stay open and provide jobs if others can rob them?  We do not use Amazon’s cloud, and our technology is durable.  What will happen to those businesses who use Amazon’s cloud or have less durable technology?  Without R&D, how can customers get new products, and economy prosper in the US, Europe, Japan and other areas?

Edmund Burke said, “the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” If you are willing to pay a bit more for organic food, I urge you to pay a bit more for Organic Products to support the R&D or extra blood, sweat, and tears behind.   In the meantime, I urge businesses focus on not only their R&D but also their customer service and price.

We believe everyone is equal in front of God and have closed our account on Amazon as we cannot enjoy the lower price & greater convenience at the expense of other businesses nor tolerate its constant violation & threats. Can you?

As I said earlier, we also focus on building exceptional leaders and exploring what stops leaders from good to great.  One finding of our 3-year study is self-destruction.  Most people are familiar with those who sexually harass women and then get kicked out of office.  Amazon is another kind– Jeff Bezos is digging own grave for his day 1 by expanding his empire through illegal means, for victims will scream, governments will intervene, and more and more customers will close their accounts on Amazon.  Unfortunately, Jeff Bezos and his associates refuse to see the big picture and acknowledge that they need to satisfy not only all shareholders but all stakeholders.  We have tried our best.

The US Law does not protect you until you are stolen. Thus, you need to protect yourself if you do not want to count on the late protection from the Law.  Here are some tips:

  1. Master the key digital technology in your business and do not rely on a platform or a cloud, for Amazon is NOT the only company that takes advantage of their users.   Today’s competitors can follow you easily if you use their platform.  A non-competitor today can be a competitor tomorrow.
  2. Build a durable technology and enhance your team’s Adversity Quotient and creativity.  The first makes it easier to protect yourself.  You will also need endless learning, creativity and tenacity to break various obstacles, for example, being “invisible” on Google.
  3. In healthcare, the best way to prevent infection is to act as if everything is contaminated.  It is the same to protect your business– design your communication, strategy, products and others as if the violators can open them the next day.
  4. Anticipate the development needs of your team, make wise investment, get team ready quickly, and beat rising healthcare cost.  Today, you can get your talent ready 10 times faster and turn many years of health treatments into months, weeks or even days through the 6Q Approach. These will make it easy for you to not only achieve lasting success but also be an Employer of Choice.

Government agencies can do more if they want to.  Here are some US agencies.  Find out your local agencies and the person in charge and write to them.

We believe that the American Dream is for everyone.  It is fair to compete with better products, better service, lower price, free product, but not with robbery, threat and silencing.  Technology does not entitle anyone to violate others.  A business ought to satisfy all stakeholders not just its shareholders.  Today will never be tomorrow.  Everyone can make tomorrow better.  Join us!
