How I Found the Breakthrough in Heart Attack

This is a story how a super healthy physician was tortured to develop a heart attack, nearly lost her life and business, and found the breakthrough in heart attack to recover herself through the 6Q Approach.

I finally understand why heart attack is the #1 cause of death for men and women and cost millions of dollars per person after going through one myself.  I like to share how I found the breakthrough and why many lives, dreams, and dollars can be saved.

Result and Cost Comparison of the 6Q Approach and Traditional Approach in Heart Attack

With more tools, many survivors can learn to manage challenges to minimize stress, enhance healing, recover faster, and save 80~90% of costs.  You will understand why if you know my story.

How I Suffered from a Heart Attack

I was super healthy with no risk facts and no family or personal history of heart attack before I had an auto-accident early last year.  A man suddenly cut in front of me while I was driving on my right way.  I did not go to the emergency room (ER) right way as I had other urgent issues and was going to take care of myself since I am an excellent doctor.

The man had a policy enough to repair my car and cover my initial injury and time losses. However, his insurance company, Mercury Insurance Company (Mercury), tricked me to take my car to its dealer to drive the repair cost up over 100% while depreciating my car value almost 40%.  Once they claimed my car a total loss, they could end my rental in 5 days instead of 25~30 days to repair my car.  I asked Mercury to fix my car at the body shop that did initial evaluation.  However, Mercury refused.

The accident was not my fault.  Instead of taking care of me, Mercury set me up, made me put down my urgent issues to find a new car in 5 days or re-register my car within 20 days.  These made me incredibly angry, unable to sleep, sweat a lot… At one period, I could have chest pain if I thought about Mercury or talked to someone at Mercury. I had to go to ER for chest pain a few days later.  Mercury did not care.

I decided to pay for additional rental and repair my car to save my time for more important issues but only discovered more set up waiting for me– I ALSO had to pass brake tests, light tests, smog check, and go to DMV again and again in order to re-register my care.  In the meantime, Mercury pressed me to sign away my personal damage and losses for a few hundred dollars, which was not enough to cover one ER visit!! The outrageous meanness and abuse made me even angrier.  Soon, I was admitted to the hospital for positive Troponin (heart attack diagnostic test). Hospital told me to avoid ALL stress but could not be specific.

I was afraid to talk to their claim adjuster after discharged from the hospital.  However, the adjuster was eager to call me, email me and send me letters to press me to accept $3000 for my ENTIRE medical costs and personal losses, especially after he knew he could push me right back to my doctors by making me angry.  Thus, I had to go back to ER, see cardiologists, explore 6Q tools, and visit Eastern Medicine doctors…

I Decided to Recover Myself from Heart Attack

My first cardiologist told me that I had Takotsubo Syndrome (Broken Heart Syndrome) and advised me to let go the car accident and “Avoid ALL Stress.”  Heart attack is directly related to physical and mental stress. Unexpected or abusive challenges often exacerbate the stress.  No risk facts and family history does not spare everyone. I am a perfect example.

However, it is impossible for me to carry my career and business without a super healthy heart.  To let go such an abuse and torture and end my career and business, I would become a living dead and cost millions of healthcare dollars and social benefits.  I knew that the 6Q approach that I initially invented to recover myself from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) due to another auto-accident could benefit heart attack victims greatly and had helped some patients at clinics.  Thus, I decided to recover myself — meet challenges with the right tools to minimize stress and enhance healing to further reduce stress’ impact on my heart. The 6Qs are IQ, EQ, learning Q, Public Influence Q, Adversity Q and Health Q.

My first cardiologist discharged me from his practice since we had “different philosophies.” My second cardiologist could not offer more than expensive assessments before my symptoms become severe enough for tent, bridge, bypass, transplant, etc.  I am glad that neither used B-blockers and ACE inhibitors on me to minimize stress’ impact on my heart.  I will tell you why later.

I Made It, and Ready to Meet More Challenges

I made it.  My heart’s ejection fraction rate has increased close to the optimal level of function in one year, and I was able to stand up for my rights and protect my life and business.  It feels great to be able to be who I am, do what I need, overcome obstacles one after another, and there are more challenges to meet.

By the time I went to the court with Mercury, Judge Audra Mori not only helped Mercury walk away from the default, deprived my rights to sue Mercury for the 1st Mercury-made heart attack, but also granted Mercury “the right” to abuse discoveries to torture me to suffer 2nd heart attack and sanction me for protecting my life (S273292).  It turned out that she was a managing director at Los Angeles for Perkins Coie that represents those tech companies who hack our business.  She wanted to leave me almost nothing and stress me to kneel for life so that her clients can get our business at “a good price.” Yet, her supervisors found either her doing was not unethical or the case was not extraordinary.

Nothing can be more unethical and extraordinary than to grant Mercury the right to torture their victim to suffer 2nd heart attack to help her clients outside, given heart attack is #1 cause of death for men and women, 1 in 4 deaths!  Unlike George Floyd, I can still breathe because the 6Q Approach I invented.  Still, I need your support for justice.

Chest pain relapses sometimes.  I quickly pull out my new tools, and they work.   Once again, I have found that nothing can ensure our dream, life, success and happiness better than our inner power in the world full of harsh challenges.  Survivors like me often need extra care to protect their inner power, which is worth it.

What Is Missing in Traditional Treatments for Heart Attack?

The key management in heart attack is stress management.  Traditional treatment mainly saves life and then asks survivors to Avoid ALL Stress or minimizes stress’ impact on heart with B-blockers and ACE inhibitors.  Tent, bridge, bypass, transplant, and other life support can help to relieve blood occlusion when symptoms become severe enough.

However, “Avoid All Stress” is equal to ask heart attach survivors to let go ANYTHING for life, which is unrealistic to most survivors, including me.  B-blockers and ACE inhibitors can minimize their optimal performance besides stress’ impact on victims’ heart, which can kill many dreams and opportunities (I cannot always achieve my goal even when I am 100%, not to mention 70~80%).   These are why heart attack is still the # 1 cause of death for men and women.  The average healthcare costs and productivity losses in heart attack is about $760,000 to $1 million in 20 years, per National Business Group on Health.

In fact, many survivors can keep their dreams, minimize life support and save big money like me if we can assess them at macro and micro levels and fully utilize different tools at different stages, which the 6Q Approach.

1. Manage Challenges with More Tools to Minimize Stress

Studies at the University of California at Long Beach found that the more control individuals have, the less stress they suffer.  It is OK to meet daily challenges with some IQ and EQ tools and being positive. However, it often requires to explore the whole 6Q system to find skills and strategies needed to meet complex challenges and make learning and implementation easy.  Then stress will decrease significantly, which takes away the big root cause for heart attack.

In my case, it is insurance fraud to deprive the benefits to which victims are entitled.  It is malice to set a super healthy person up, torture her to develop a heart attack, push her back to the hospitals over and over.  It is unconstitutional and inhuman to grant Mercury the right to torture their victim to suffer 2nd heart attack to help her clients outside.  Mercury has attempted to utilize the “new legal right!”  Would you let them go if you were me?

I believe you will not, either.  To do so, I first need not to be crushed by them. Thus, I started to analyze myself, explore my 6Q tools, try them out, and then restarted the process as I was pushed back to the hospitals over and over.  Eventually, I’ve found the tools I need and learned to avoid extreme.

2. Enhance Healing to Minimize Stress’ Toxicity

In addition to minimizing stress size, we can also enhance healing to reduce stress’ toxicity before the stress can impact our heart.  Most people are familiar with diet, exercise, no smoking, no drug, which are Western medicine and some non-health ways.  We can also optimize healing with other 6Q tools and Eastern medicine.  Then victims will have more chances to recover like me.  For those with other health issues, it is always great to shut two or more issues with the same medicine.

In my case, I also went to Eastern medicine for additional support after fully I utilized the 6Q tools and Western medicine, which is another reason why I made it.

3. Who Can Benefit from the 6Q Approach?

What has happened to me can happen to others.  For the same reason, others can also get well faster like me if they meet these criteria.

  • Those who can learn fast,
  • Whose heart issues emerge or get worse under stress or challenge-meeting,
  • To whom it is unrealistic to avoid all stress, and
  • Who desire to keep their optimal performance, opportunities and dreams.

The more stress can impact their heart, the more the 6Q approach can help.  The better the victims can learn, the faster they get well, and the better they can stay well.

Individuals with Takotsubo Syndrome can benefit from the 6Q Approach the most as their heart attack typically follows an emotional or physical stressor, and victims often have no family history or risk facts. With additional tools, many victims can recover before they need life support if they act early through the 6Q Approach.  My case is an excellent example.

Those with family history and risk facts, such as Atherosclerosis, Diabetes and Hypertension, have more reasons to minimize stress in a realistic and efficient way than to “Avoid ALL Stress” or use medication to minimize stress impact over their heart at the price of their optimal performance.  Efficient stress management also makes it easier for them to quit poor stress management like smoking, drinking, food, and drugs.  Optimal internal healing will give victims more chances to recover faster or stay well better.

How I discovered the breakthrough in heart attack may sound brutal. That may be the reality for many heart attack victims as they need to risk their life to do what is needed or stand up for their rights.

Heart attack does not have to be the #1 cause of death for men and women as victims can find additional tools to manage challenges and enhance healing before stress can impact their heart.  Then many survivors can do what they need, keep their dreams, stay healthy and save big money.
