End Takotsubo Syndrome Early, Start with Menopausal Women and Elites

Takotsubo Syndrome, also called broken heart syndrome or stress cardiomyopathy, has the common symptoms and labs of heart attacks but does not result from blood vessel occlusion but apical ballooning. Takotsubo Syndrome predominates in menopausal women (90%), elites and others who have NO family history and NO risk facts. Traditional healthcare cannot help victims until they need life support. In fact, many victims can recover before they need life support like me, minimize re-occurrence and save 80~90% of costs.

What is Missing In Traditional Approach?

Takotsubo Syndrome typically follows intense emotional stress (such as a big dispute or loss) or physical stress (such as a stroke or infection). Pathology found that its apical ballooning at the acute stage is related to a surge in stress-related hormones. Menopausal women, elites and others either suffer intensified stress, reduced immunity or both. Traditional healthcare (Western medicine) mainly provide life support during the acute stage, often 21-day hospitalization, and asks victims to “Avoid ALL Stress” before and after. However, the latter is unrealistic for most people to follow.

For example, will you let go an insurance company who set you up and tortured you to develop a heart attack and then let go those who want to rob your business because of the heart attack? Most people will say “NO” as I did in 2021.

With more tools to target the root causes, many Takotsubo victims can keep their rights and dream and recover before they need life support like me, minimize re-occurrence, and save big money.

What Makes the Difference?

Fully utilize different tools at different stages, which is the 6Q Approach. Assess Takotsubo victims at macro and micro levels. Empower victims with more control and healing to be ready for the next challenges. Fully utilize traditional approach for diagnosis, follow up and life support.

First, Assess Takotsubo Victims at Macro and Micro Levels

Studies at the University of California at Long Beach have found that the more individuals are in control, the less stress they have to face. The challenges or associated stressors that contribute to Takotsubo Syndrome are often unexpected, unfair and significant, such as the ones I had in 2021, which further intensify the stress that victims suffer. It is unrealistic for most people to avoid those challenges. Instead, many victims can learn to manage the challenges with the right tools and be ready for the next challenges like me.

Each person is an integrated system of 6Qs (IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public Influence Q, and Health Q) and needs to meet internal and external challenges. About 70% of health issues have non-health causes. The 6Q assessment evaluates victims at macro and micro levels and can help victims find the skills and strategies needed to manage new challenges, minimize stress, build up resilience, and be ready for coming challenges.

Look at a bigger picture.

I initially invented the 6Q Approach to recover myself from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) due to a tragic auto-accident and pass medical licensing exams. Later I turned many other impossible to possible at the clinics through the same system. I have never expected to test the 6Q system myself again with a heart attack, which also allowed me to explore that heart attack does not have to be #1 cause of death for men and women. You can read my recovery stories and other case studies at our website.

Second, Manage Challenges to Minimize Stress, NOT “AVOID ALL STRESS.”

Life is full of challenges, which most people cannot escape unless they disconnect them self from the world. Many people manage stress with smoke, drink, food or drug, which can temporarily relieve their stress but cannot stop the stress from coming back until they develop enough control. Medications can reduce the strain on the heart and prevent further attacks but cannot stop the stress from coming, either. Unless they have better replacements, it is hard for people to quit smoking, drinking, eating or drug. Behavior management does not work here because poor stress management is not behaviors but symptom relieves like pain killers for pain. Individuals need control, healthy relieves and more to manage challenges and minimize stress, which is what 6Q Approach can help.

Third, Enhance Internal Healing

By enabling victims to manage outside challenges efficiently, we eliminate the root causes of their health issues. By enhancing their internal healing via natural 6Q tools and Eastern Medicine, we enable victims to manage stress-related toxicity, recover before they need life support at the acute stage.

A significant side benefit of optimized internal healing at this time is to reduce Takotsubo victims’ chance to get COVID. The benefit matters more when COVID mutates faster than we can develop vaccines, and co-morbidities increase their risk to develop COVID complications–

Fourth, Fully Utilize Traditional Approach

In addition to life support, traditional approach provides excellent measurements for diagnosis and follow up, such as EKG, Echocardiogram, labs, Cardiac MRI. Thus, we work with victims’ cardiologists or primary care doctors unless their needs indicate otherwise. Victims need to go to ER if their chest pain and shortness of breaths persist.

Who Can Benefit from the 6Q Approach?

Takotsubo victims who want to save their dream, rights, or recover before they need life support or minimize re-occurrence.

  1. Victims at early stage can benefit from the program the most as they can recover early like me.
  2. Those who have gone through the acute stage can minimize re-occurrence through this program.
  3. All victims need to be able to learn and are medically stable.

Other heart attack victims can also benefit from the program if stress can worsen their condition significantly and it is unrealistic for them to “Avoid All Stress.”

Victims often begin to see results in days and achieve optimal results or recover in 3~8 months after they join the program, “Beat Heart Attack, Save Dream, Life and Money!

Takotsubo Syndrome does not have to be a big killer to menopausal women, elites and others. With more tools, many Takotsubo victims can learn to manage challenges to minimize stress and enhance healing to recover before they need life support or minimize re-occurrence. BYBSH is here to provide the additional tools and support to victims, businesses and governments.
