What is Missing in Health Risk Assessment & Biometric Screening?

Many institutions provide workers an opportunity to complete a health risk assessment and a biometric screening. The first one includes questions about a person’s medical history, health status, and lifestyle.  The second is a health examination that measures a person’s risk factors such as body weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, stress, and nutrition.

What is Missing in Health Risk Assessment & Biometric Screening?

They miss the impact of external challenges over a person’s health.  A person can suffer from heart attack and stroke even if the person is a vegetarian and an athlete with no past and family medical history.

Without assessing the coming challenges and individuals’ ability and potential, the health risk assessment and the biometric screening cannot prepare individuals to meet future challenges efficiently nor enable businesses to use the right people and make wise investments.  Complete assessments are significant to executives and elites since the two groups usually strike to meet the hardest challenges.

The leading causes of death among executives and elites are the heart attack, suicide, stroke, and cancer.  The first three are directly stress-related.   Stress’ immune suppression also contributes to Cancer.  Do partial assessments contribute to these causes of death?  Absolutely! Incomplete evaluations here give wrong confirmation, delay early action and stop the right response.

The intense stress can also worsen many existing illnesses, such as diabetes, and cause many opportunity illnesses due to immune suppression, such as flu and pneumonia.  The failure to assess health risks and take proper action is one big reason for today’s skyrocketing healthcare costs!

Access Individual At Macro and Micro Levels

Today’s healthcare costs have been skyrocketing, threatening almost every business and individual.  To use partial assessments and then pay for endless and expensive symptom relieves is one significant cause.  How to have a complete Health Risk Assessment & Biometric Screening? Assess each 6Q element or macro and micro levels.

About 70% of primary clinical visits are related to stress.  However, most people just keep on going back to their doctors.  In fact, one big cause of stress-related health issues is the lack of the right tools to meet challenges.   Each person has 6Q, IQ, EQ, Learning Q, Adversity Q, Public influence Q and Health Q.   Doctors mainly fix health symptoms through medicine.  Individuals usually miss some tools in other 5Qs.  Traditional education gives us some tools in IQ and EQ, which mainly covers half of the human system.

By finding their missing tools, we have helped many patients meet challenges and recover quickly, including the same day, with minimum re-occurrence.  When businesses do so, they can not only beat rising healthcare costs, but also optimize healthcare quality and productivity at the same time!  That is what we called “Find Your Missing Tools, See Doctors Less.”  Our success started at clinics in 2004 where I invented the 6Q Approach.

Most people believe that nothing needs to be done if a person’s heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure are normal.  In fact, vital signs cannot fully reflect individuals’ health.  For example, a person can have normal vital signs and kidney test results before their kidney function falls below 15%.  A person can also have normal vital signs and angiogram after they develop mild Atherosclerosis.

A lot can be done to prevent stress-related health issues from developing and progressing, for example, how to end End Takotsubo Syndrome Early.  Some early-onset health issues and opportunity illnesses can be quickly reversed if a person can timely restore a healthy internal environment.  “Get 10-15 Years back in 2 Weeks is a good example.

Regardless what can be done, stress-related illnesses can be inevitable or re-lap if the person cannot meet his or her challenges, which is at macro level.  That is why to use the right people or get on the right track instead of having the best training is the first step to stay healthy. Summary

To enhance the efficiency within healthcare, cut down middlemen and negotiate better prices are powerful.  However, it is inefficient to search solutions around healthcare alone as non-health part can significantly impact individuals’ health.   Businesses can beat rising healthcare costs and optimize healthcare quality and productivity at the same time!  These take a comprehensive approach, not piecemeal approaches.
